This patch allows W9x (thru 98SE) to see ATAPI CD-ROM on motherboards using the Opti Viper chipset. This includes Amptron PM7400, PC Chips M519 & 529, Aristo AM-519 Opti, Eurone EM5010P, and Oceans (OCTEC) Rhino 5. It is a actually designed for an IBM Aptiva, but works fine.
