If you look closely at the I/O Magic's Ultra66 card, you will notice it is the EXACT same as the Promise Ultra 66 card (it even has the same "Promise" sticker on it). In fact, I have two of each card at work and they're 100% identical. Basically, the cards are made by promise. Even the BIOS is the same (yes, you can get a BIOS update for the I/O Magic Ultra 66 as well from Promise's web site).
