You must use the setup utility provided to remove old drivers 1st remove IDE drivers (Microsoft's or any that are there) 2nd restart windows answer no, skip file, don't let PnP load the drivers this may take two or more restarts 3rd when window finally starts with no new or unknown device messages then use setup to install the drivers. Note Never remove IDE drivers in the system properties window unless in safe mode. Have trouble email robclark@aol.com Good luck once the drivers are in they work great.
