For Windows 95/98 place the file in a directory of your choosing and double click on it. A requester will open asking for a destination folder, if you hit enter/return or just click on extract it will unpack the files into the same directory. You can then either run the setup program or point the browser in "Install new Hardware" to this directory for the drivers location.
