The miniport driver EPATAP9x.MPD version 1.34 which comes on the CD shipped with the drive is correct. However, the original Shuttle Connect-iT software causes many systems to lock up. This update contains the Connect-iT 2.03 software which works reliably. The hitch is that the miniport driver 1.37 which the update contains will NOT run the tape drive. There are explicit directions in the "How to Install" file on how to get all of this to work correctly.
